If you always watching news I’m absolutely in no doubt that you already know about the massacre in Ampatuan, Maguindanao where the death toll had risen to 57 as of November 25.

My opinion:

Let us compare how they treated Ted Failon as a suspect to his wife's suicide and this.... took them how many days to start charging and arresting people…there’s really a big difference isn’t it?

It’s definitely true what the news televise the other night that if you were an ordinary people who kill someone they immediately put you to jail BUT if you’re an influential person or an allies of the recent government it will take days before they will arrest you and possibly they will not send you to prison…

GMA's administration reminds us of the Marcos regime, so much fear, corruption and extra-judicial killings... So I beg everyone do not vote based on popularity, false hope and charisma... Doing these naturally blinds us of the fact that we should vote solely on a candidate's qualification and more importantly his/her moral character... PLEASE DO NOT PUT another MARCOS or GMA in power for the sake of the future generation...

One more thing, LET US NOT FORGET! Not only should we pursue justice for the victims of the Ampatuan town massacre.

I was very surprise with the issue in Maguindanao Massacre. Malakas na ang Media ngayon sa pinas di tulad noong panahon ni marcos naka black-out ang media noon. Ngayon nalalaman na ang mga nangyayari sa paligid. Kagabi im watching CCTV a Chinese News Network naka report na agad yung mga pangyayari. I don't know bakit nila nagawa yun naka drugs ba sila? Imagine 50 na ang patay sa massacre na yun kahapon na nonood ako ng news puro yun ang laman at balita. Kahit saan even on CNN at Japanese Channel ganun na din. Kung ikaw ang kasama sa Convoy na yun ano mafefeel mo? Caravan of Death na pala...Ganun nalang ba kadali ang buhay ng tao? My dad is a previous marine officer sa pinas he told what is the real situation in mindanao nung panahon ni marcos. Cguro kung walang cellphone at walang media hindi natin malalaman ang nangyayari? 50 lives....Bakit nga ba pag mag namamatay yung suspect hinuhuli agad? dito tumagal pa ng almost a day o weeks pa bago nila hulihin? tama ang sabi sa news if pangkaraniwan tao ang nakapatay huhulihin ka agad pero pag may impluensyang tao ka matagal ka bago hulihin...hayyy! comment ko lang po...kasi nakakapanglambot yung news nung una mong marinig kaya nga "imagine"

Pochero (Spanish spelling , Puchero) with its bounty of meats, sausages and vegetables is known as the “real national dish of Spain. Brought to the shores through the Spanish conquistadores, it is a favorite dish at Filipino festive occasions. With extra ham from the noche buena, the pochero is one way of recycling left-over meats. This recipe is richly flavored by the ham bones and scrap ham simmered with the beef.

Ingredients

1 kilo cubed beef (with some portions of fat)
1/2 kilo leftover ham bones
1/4 kilo scrap ham
8 to 10 cups water or enough to cover meat
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in half
4 Saba bananas, peeled, sliced in half
3 pieces chorizo de bilbao sliced diagonally into 2 inch pieces
1 cup chick peas
1 head of cabbage quartered
1 Baguio pechay leaves separated

Procedure

1. Put beef, ham bones, and scrap ham in large casserole.
2. Pour enough water to cover.
3. Bring to a boil, then simmer until beef is almost tender, about 40 minutes
4. Add potatoes and bananas. Simmer until bananas and potatoes are almost tender, about 20 minutes
5. Stir in chorizo de bilbao and chick peas and continue simmering for another 10 minutes.
6. Add cabbage and pechay and let simmer until vegetables are cooked but still firm

My Domestic Flight....

I just notice why most of the traveler in (Philippines) domestic flight mas prefer nila yung CEBU PACIFIC? rather than other carrier like Air Philippines, Asian Spirit and Philippines Airlines..Last two months i have bad experience in flying Philippines Airlines Flight. Imagine we are all set inside the jet kaso the cockpit initiate an alarm regarding the engine. Sana it was check properly before the flight hindi yung kailan nakasakay na yung mga passenger saka palang itetest...I'm sorry to say this..kaya di ako nag tataka bakit mas madami ang nasakay ng CEBU PACIFIC rather other jet. Parang sinagot ko na yung tanong ko dito...hehehehe! What happen to us inside the jet? pinababa ulit kami to transfer in the other jet kasi may problem yung engine talaga ng plane. Imagine you are fying 10,000 to 30,000 feet almost thin air na hahaha. Natakot talaga ako nun. Pero eto pa rin sakay ng pa rin ng plane kahit ano hahaha. Akala nyo namimili pa me. Pero two thumbs up ako sa service ng CEBU PACIFIC...

Significant Date of my Life (Nov 13 & 16, 2009)

This Date Nov 16, 2009 is very important date for aside from the bad date of Nov 13, 2009. Let me start on November 13, 2009 (which they called Friday the 13th) this day is a bad for me. 5:30am of this day when i woke up. It started with the Bathroom Faucet it Got Broke. 7:00am I call the attention of my apartment owner nung masira si Faucet. Then Apartment Owner close the main valve para daw hindi umapaw ang tubig. Nasira naman ang Gate Valve nya. Between 5:30 to 6:30 when i take my shower sa taranta ko nung nasira si valve. Ofcourse, i get my towel and look some hard object na maitatapal ko with the damage water faucet. Pagkuha ko ng Towel ang daming langgam so si dwight nataranta na naman. Hayyyyy! After naman nung nasa office na ako sa ortigas nahulog naman sa elavator yung company id ko. I think co-incident lang ito nung nov 13. Sa date naman ng nov 16. sa next blogged ko medyo mahaba kasi eh hehehe.:) bitin ba? baka pag sinabi ko lahat hindi kana sumubaybay.... Guys, i am really amazed with GLOBE TATOO this past few days. After i saw TV Commercial about GLOBE TATOO the fastest broadband in the philippines. They increase the speed and "wow" no intermittent signal and intermittent bandwidth. Lufet ni Globe Broadband na Ngayon as in Ngayon lang...They don't want to loose there revenue and market of this product. Its almost a month before they fix the problem. Now i am using GLOBE TATOO and its already OKEY...Before i want to sell out my tataoo in 500 bucks peso because of its bad performance. BUT NOW IM GLOBE TATOO FAN hahahaha.:)

Everyday we should say thank you for another "BREATH" and another "LIFE" everyday is a new life for me na dapat ipagpasalamat...Nung pauwi naman ako nakakita naman ako ng 3 ibat ibang patay na nakaburol at take note puro bata sila. estimate 18 to 40years old ang mga age based on there pictures ha. Tama yung news na napanood ko sa ANC..pabata na nga pabata ang mga namamatay. Dahil sa lifestyle ng tao sa diet nito. We say thank you thank you thank you for the life we have now. Ilang araw nalang Christmas na and ilan araw nalang year 2010 na. Tips in Taking Care of Your Hard Drive and Computer Files

Tip#1 - Right Tool - Setting a Brandnew Harddisk in Your PC or Laptop. Gumamit ng Tamang Tool sa pag setup ng bagong Harddisk. Kalimitan natin nakakalimutan ang pag gamit ng tamang tool sa pagsetup nito. Pag buy natin ng harddisk salpak agad. Hindi natin alam may tamang tool na ginagamit muna bago ito lagyan ng software. visit www. seagate.com. www.wd.com and www.samsung.com depende sa brand ng unit. Paganahin ang tool.

Tip#2 - Iwasan mabagsak o ma shock ang harddisk ng pc o laptop ng lalampas sa tamang bigat nito meaning iwasan malaglag o mabagsakan upang hindi masira ang harddisk mo sa pc o laptop.

Tip#3 - Regular ka mag backup ng files. Ugaliin kahit weekly lalo na kung critical ito. Hind sinasuggest na sa partition ng harddisk din ilagay o same harddisk. Ilipat ang file na back sa USB FLASH DISK, EXTERNAL HDD o CD o DVD DISK FTP Site o Off-Site.

Tip#4 - Hwag basta maglipat ng file mula sa source papunta sa file upang maiwasan ang infection na files. Gumamit File Transfer Tool o WINSCP.

Tip#5 - Ayusin ang File - I-organize mo ang file sa loob ng iisang folder para paglipat mo isang bibitan nalang. (We Offer Company/Office Seminar in Organizing Your File Inside Your PC)

Tip#6 - Scan the File with Anti-Virus bago mo ilipat sa ibang location para moproteksyonan ang File mo o yung liliptan mo sa Virus o pagkasira nito.

Tip#7 - Huwag mainip sa paglipat ng Files - kalimitan sa nasisira ang file dahil sa naiinip tayo sa paglilipat ng Files. lalo na kapag hindi na natin ma cancel ang files sa pagtransfer bigla nalang natin hinuhugot o pinapatay ang pc. Tiyak na corrupted ang files at maaari rin masira ang physical harddisk nito.

Tip#8 - Umupa o Mag-rent ng Buwanang Offsite Backup - Kung ang inyong company o opisina ay walang IT o Computer Technician. Maari kayong kumuha ng subscription sa paglalagay na tinatawag na offsite backup o sa ibang lugar naka lagay ang mga files nyo o ng opisina. Meaning sa pamamagitan ng internet dadaloy o dadaan ang mga files papunta sa isang storage server na kalimitan ang bayad ay nasa laki ng files buwan buwan.

Tip#9 - While Installing the Physical Drive - Kung mainit ang environment mo sa office or school o kung nasaan man ang pc. Dapat naglalagay ka ng cooling fan para sa harddrive. Karamihan sa atin hindi ito nilalagyan. Madalas sa sobrang init ng harddisk dito napapaaga ang sira ng HDD.

Tip#10 - Do Not Open the Harddisk Physically! Don't Crack it! - Hwag na hwag bubuksan ang harddisk upang gawin ang loob nito. Dahilan sa ang harddisk ay sensitibo sa dust particle at sun light. Tiyak na sira ito kapag binuksan.

GUIDE AND TIPS IN SETTING-UP INTERNET CAFE BUSINESS

Tip#1 - Create a Checklist of WHAT TO DO! - Importante ito dahil dapat nakasulat lahat ng kakailanganin mo sa pagpapasimula ng Negosyo. Sa loob ng LIST naka sulat Place Rental, Computer Parts, Area ng Pagtatayuan ng Business, Amount Cost, Advance Budget o Buffer para sa Kuryente at Pagpapaayos ng Lugar na paglalagyan ng Negosyo kung kinakailangan. (Tandaan sa una at dalawang buwan dapat may sobra kang pera upang masagot o mabayaran ang upa (renta) o kuyente bilang paniguro lamang sa overhead cost)

Tip#2 - Humanap ng Mapagkakatiwalaan na bilihan ng parts ng computer - Mag-ikot ka sa mall at sa mga computer shopping area tulad ng Greenhills o sa may Quezon Avenue. Importante na tapat o honest ang mapagbibihilhan nyo ng parts. Mag ask din ng suggestion sa bibilhan kun ano ang tama sa set-up na angkop sa pagtatayuan. Tip#7 - Bumili ng License Software - Dapat ang bawat mag invest sa computer ay bumili ng OEM Microsoft License (Windows Vista) ang available sa market. Wala ng Windows XP simula nung Feb 1, 2009. Mali na isipin ng bawat investor o magtatayo pa lang ng computer shop na isa-sa lang ang bili ng software. Dapat ito ay kasama sa listahan ng pagsisimula pa lamang. (Php 7,500 ang isang license ng PC / Microsoft OEM OS kasama dapat sa bibilhin bagong pc) and Vista Home ay may bukod na Internet Cafe License Rental Agreement. Siguro magtatanong ka bakit hindi pwede paisa-isa? Dahil ang pera na pinagpaguran mo ay dapat mo proteksyonan...tama ba ako? sapagkat pag dumating nag OPTICAL MEDIA BOARD, PNP and NBI sa internet cafe mo para mag check ng licensing ng pc mo. *tatakbo ba ang lahat ng games sa vista. Ang Microsoft ay nagbigay ng downgrade rights policy sa EULA nila under VISTA software. Pwede mo downgrade OS into Windows XP Home.

Tip#8 - Dapat kumuha ka ng tuitorial o crash course sa Basic Computer Operations - Dapat ang isang shop owner ay marunong gumamit ng computer at huwag i-asa lamang sa technician o magbabantay ng shop. reperensya: http://www.ace-itlearning.com

Tip#9 - Punuin ng Produkto ang Internet Cafe shop mo - tulad ng paglalagay ng AUTOLOAD, ELOAD, SNACKS, CHIPS, CANDIES, SOFTDRINKS at iba pa na alam mo ikokonsumo ng customer mo habang sila ay nagrerent. At kung pwde ay maglagay ng PAYPHONE for local call Php 5.00 per 3 mins at VOIP Phone for international call depende sa lugar na tinawagan ang rate. Usually Php 20.00 per 15 minutes.

Tip#10 - Security Locks - dapat may sapat na lock ang shop mo. Maglagay ng ABLOY padlock (isa sa matibay na padlock sa market) pero alam nyo ang ginagawa ng mga magnanakaw sa pinagkakapitan ng padlock sila pumuputol kaya dapat magandang klase ang accordion nyo o ang bakal na pinaglalagyan ng padlock na hindi mapuputol.

Tip#11 - Accurate reports sa Income - dapat maglagay ng buwanang Auditor o bookeeper para makita mo kung kumikita ang negosyo o hindi. (Php 1,000~1,500 a month ang bayad)

Tip#12 - Mag-isip ng Promo buwan-buwan - dapat naka line-up na lahat ng promo mo buwan buwan. dapat din i-konsider ang mga event sa inyong city o municipality kasi isa ito sa magpapalakas sa negosyo mo. Sumali ka sa mga tarpuline placements ng barangay o kumuha ka ng sponsorship sa iyong lugar kahit mura lang ang babayaran mo basta lilitaw name ng shop mo dun lalo na sa mga malalapit na schools.

Tip#13 - Dapat Ma-alaga sa Computer at paligid. - Araw araw dapat nililinis ang lugar ng shop. Magwalis at mag spray ng air freshener at maglinis sa cpu casing araw araw at sa keyboard. Webcam and mouse. Para ma encourage mo ang mga customer na mag internet o lan game sayo dahil sa malinis ang maayos ang amoy ng shop mo. Ituring mo din na parang restaurant ang shop mo na kapag malinis ang paligid mas marami ang natututwang pumasok at mag rent.

Tip#14 - Simula palang ng set-up ng mga pc dapat naka patch na lahat ng online games at bumisita sa lahat ng online game company upang magkaroon ka ng posters etc. like www.e-games.com.ph, www.levelupgames.com, etc. yung pagpapatch ay dapat ginagawa pagsetup na ng pc mo sa shop.

Tip#15 - Maghanap ng DSL Provider na aangkop sa operation ng shop mo.
